Ken Cook Co. is pleased to announce ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management Systems standards and guidelines certification. Ken Cook Co. achieved ISO 9001:2008 accreditation from Verisys Registrars on September 29, 2009. ISO 9001:2008 is accepted worldwide as the inclusive international standard that defines quality.

To become registered as ISO 9001:2008 compliant, Ken Cook Co. underwent an evaluation process that included quality management system development, documentation review, pre-audit, initial assessment and clearance of non-conformances, all of which work to identify corrective actions that eliminate non-conformance to the quality management standard.

Ken Cook Co. became ISO 9001:2000 certified in 2003. Over the past 6 years, we have continued to strive for best practices, policies and procedures. The new certification helps ensure consistent quality in the services and products we provide our customers. Additionally, our customers can be confident that Ken Cook Co. is dedicated to maintaining our goal of total customer satisfaction and continues to provide the high-quality services they have come to expect.
